After you sign your contract, I'll send you pre-session soul reflection work—questions designed to help me attune to your energy and understand where you are on your spiritual path. You'll return this within 24 hours of your first session, and it becomes the blueprint for our work together.
But here's the thing: I don't just rely on your answers. I tune into your energy directly. Before and during every session, I'm connecting to what's happening beneath the surface—what's ready to shift, what needs clearing, what wants to be activated.

What is the process to get started?
Step 1: Fill Out the Application
Before we begin, you'll complete an application. This isn't a guarantee that we'll work together—it's an energetic introduction. It helps me understand where you are, what you're seeking, and whether this container is the right fit for your soul's next chapter.
I respond to all applications within 24 hours. Look for an email, voice note on social media, or text (if you provide your number).
Step 2: Decide If We're an Energetic Match
If you'd like to connect before committing, we can hop on a free 20-minute call to feel into the energy and answer any questions.
There's no hidden pricing here—all mentorship tiers and investment options are visible in the application, so you know exactly what you're saying yes to. Transparency is part of the container.
If we both feel aligned, we'll schedule your first session. The first session is always 1.5 hours—we go deep from the start.
Step 3: Contract, Payment & Soul Prep
Once you choose your tier, you'll receive:
A contract (to formalize our sacred agreement)
A payment link (so we can handle logistics and get into the magic)
After those are complete, I'll send you a pre-session soul worksheet—just a few grounding questions so we don't spend our first session on surface-level logistics. This lets us drop in immediately.
What Happens After Your First Session?
A personalized nervous system guide (downloadable and printable) & You'll gain access to the Universal Folder, a curated library of resources designed to support your journey between sessions. Within 30 days of our first session, you'll also receive a custom activation meditation created specifically for you.
Session Structure & Rhythm:
✨ Sessions are scheduled at least 14 days apart to allow time for integration. You can space them out longer if that feels right—this work isn't rushed.
✨ Most sessions happen via Zoom, though we can explore other formats if needed.
✨ Every session is recorded for you, and I take detailed notes throughout. You taking notes is ecnouraged but also, if you are in something- taking notes can disrupt the flow.
✨ Within 48 hours, everything is uploaded to your individual Google Drive folder—organized, labeled (Session 1, 2, 3, etc.), and easy to navigate. Soul integration work is clearly marked so you always know what to revisit.
✨ Between sessions, you'll have integration work—practices, reflections, or energetic homework tailored to what emerged in our time together. This is where the transformation deepens. I am available via email between all sessions and encourage you to lean out rather than hide.

Are There Any Financial Benefits to Paying for a Package in Full?
On Pricing & Payment:
Yes—paying in full is the most financially beneficial option. It honors your commitment to yourself and allows us to dive in without distraction.
That said, I understand that not everyone can invest in that way upfront, and I'm not here to gatekeep your healing. Payment plans are available and are designed to be flexible, with the understanding that your package is paid in full before your final session (unless we discuss otherwise).
You can also use Klarna for extended payment options that work with your financial rhythm.
If you're on a payment plan, a non-refundable deposit is required upon signing your contract (if doing payment plans). This secures your first few sessions and anchors your energetic commitment to the work and it is taken out of the balance owed.
Adding Sessions or Extending Your Container:
If your package is complete and you feel called to continue, you can add one additional session at a discounted rate—or you can step into another package seamlessly. No new contract. No pre-work. We simply keep going.
Many clients start with a smaller package, experience profound shifts, and choose to stay. That's the beauty of this work—it meets you where you are and expands as you do.
A Note on Investment:
I will always work with you, because money should never be the barrier to your transformation.
But there's an important distinction to make:
There's a difference between the nervous system activation of investing in yourself (that "holy shit, this is real" feeling)—and genuinely not having the financial capacity to meet your basic needs.
